Standard Shipping

Mahjong products, décor, accessories, gifts, and other smaller items may be shipped by standard parcel carriers.

Available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges will be shown at checkout.

Items ordered together may occasionally arrive in separate shipments.

Furniture & Large Furnishings

Furniture, rugs, art, larger lighting, storage pieces, oversized textiles, mirrors, and other large or bulky items may require freight or specialty delivery.

The available delivery method and applicable delivery charge will be shown on the product page, at checkout, or communicated to you before your order is finalized.

Depending on the item and destination, delivery may include threshold, freight, or white-glove service when available.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on product availability, manufacturer lead times, carrier schedules, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Preparing for Delivery

For furniture and large furnishings, please confirm before ordering that the item will fit through your entryway and into its intended space.

Please consider doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, ceiling heights, and turning space.

Additional charges may apply if a delivery cannot be completed because the item does not fit or because access conditions differ from the information provided to the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact hello@villamahj.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

For furniture or freight deliveries, please note visible damage with the delivery carrier whenever possible before the delivery is completed.

Approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise will be handled in accordance with our Returns policy.

Changes to an address after an order has shipped may result in additional carrier or delivery charges.
