Returns

We want you to love your Villa Mahj purchase. Return eligibility depends on the type of product purchased.

Furniture & Large Furnishings

Eligible returns for furniture, rugs, art, textiles, larger lighting, storage pieces, and other oversized or bulky home furnishings must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Décor, Game Goods & Accessories

Eligible returns for mahjong products, tabletop décor, accessories, gifts, and other smaller non-furniture items must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

All eligible returns must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging when reasonably possible.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from approved returns.

Certain products may be designated as final sale, clearance, customized, made-to-order, or special order and may not be eligible for return. Any applicable restrictions will be disclosed on the product page or before purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@villamahj.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

Approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise will not be subject to the 10% restocking fee.

Starting a Return

To request a return, contact hello@villamahj.com within the applicable return period.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
